FrenetikEquation, LDA — Portuguese company headquartered in Guarda, Portugal.
2. Data we collect
- Contact form: name, company, email, subject, and the message you send us.
- Technical browsing data (only with consent): anonymised session identifiers, pages visited, device and browser type, collected by Microsoft Application Insights and Microsoft Clarity.
- Local preferences: theme (light/dark), language, and cookie consent state — stored only in your browser.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Replying to requests sent through the form — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and pre-contractual measures.
- Site usage analytics to improve the experience — consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Compliance with legal obligations — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
4. Retention
Form submissions are retained only as long as needed to follow up on the request, and at most 24 months. Analytics data is retained for the periods set by the respective providers (Microsoft).
5. Processors and international transfers
- Microsoft Azure (site hosting and form endpoint) — West Europe region.
- Microsoft Application Insights — anonymised telemetry, processed by Microsoft.
- Microsoft Clarity — anonymised usage metrics; may involve transfer outside the EEA under the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
- Resend (transactional email delivery to our team from the form endpoint) — data processor.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, port, object to and restrict the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
To exercise your rights, please use the contact form and clearly describe your request. We do not publish direct email addresses or phone numbers.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority: Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), www.cnpd.pt.
