FrenetikEquation, LDA — Portuguese company headquartered in Guarda, Portugal.
2. Subject
These terms govern the use of the www.frenetikequation.com website and the submission of enquiries through the contact form. Use of the site implies acceptance of these terms.
3. Site content
Institutional content, trademarks, logos, and published materials are owned by FrenetikEquation, LDA, unless otherwise stated. Consultation and reference with attribution are permitted; any reproduction or commercial use requires written authorisation.
Scripts and tools published in our GitHub repository are made available under the licences indicated there, without warranties and at the user's own responsibility.
4. Contact form
The form is the official channel for enquiries. Messages are processed in accordance with the privacy policy. We aim to reply within 1 business day, during business hours.
5. Limitation of liability
We strive to keep information up to date and the site available, but we do not guarantee continuous availability or the absence of errors. We are not liable for damages resulting from misuse or from content on external sites linked from here.
6. Alternative dispute resolution
For consumer disputes, the consumer may use the competent alternative dispute resolution body. More information at www.consumidor.gov.pt.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. The competent court is that of the Guarda district, with express waiver of any other.
